When you complete a form on this site (a Ground Truth Snapshot request or a general enquiry), we collect the details you provide — which may include your name, job title, organisation, work email, company website, organisation size, number of locations, the area you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message field.

We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare and discuss a Ground Truth Snapshot.
• To understand whether there may be a good fit between your needs and our services.
• To send occasional insights only if you have separately opted in to receive them.

How it’s stored

Form submissions are processed and stored securely by our hosting and form provider. We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete it.
